Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.


3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, for dropshipping orders, return shipping is not required, unless specifically instructed.

  • If a return is required, Shiptio will provide a prepaid return label.


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

  • Items returned in less-than-original condition

  • Orders missing parts not due to our error
